Food Safety Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items. This policy protects product integrity and customer safety.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please email wildfirespice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Shipping & Delivery

Wildfire Spice Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  • Then reach out to us — we’ll assist however we can

Replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered are not guaranteed, but we will work with you to find a fair solution.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
